Reshaping legs, hips and butt through body contouring or dieting?


I am interested in two things:

The first file shows my current legs. And the second shows somewhat my “ideal” of beautiful legs. Is it possible to get there with body contouring or would that require extreme dieting? And, if yes, how much would the procedure cost? My second request is the shape of my hips and butt. As you can see, I do not have the widest hipbones and my thighs form some sort of saddle bags. The silhouette of my hips-butt makes this ugly wave or dent and doesn’t form a sound curve (like shown on the last file I uploaded). Is it possible to make my legs real skinny and correct my hipline and butt? And how much, again, would that procedure cost me? I would be so delighted to hear from you soon!

How we see your “ideal legs” from the photo is that they are long, skinny and tight. The length of legs is too difficult to change, but the most important thing is having proportionality and nice shape for legs.
