Good question, since facial contouring, v-line and jaw surgeries are usually performed inside the mouth there are sutures or stitches left in your mouth after the procedure.
It takes about a week for these sutures to dissolve, but before then it’s important not to consume anything that is too hot or too cold. Try to avoid drinks like coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and cold food such as ice cream. You can still consume them if you let them cool down or warm up respectively, but you don’t want to compromise your stitches or cause irritation.
