I want to get surgery on my nose and eyes to get more of a Korean look. Would it be possible to get me to look like the reference picture shown? And what’s is an estimate of much it would cost?

Thank you for submitting your pictures for evaluation. It is impossible to completely make your genetically distinct double eyelids disappear, but it is possible to make the crease/folds smaller or less visible. We can use non-incisional double eyelid surgery method to make the eyelids look like monolids, like in the picture to achieve a “more asian look.” However, it’s interesting you would prefer a monolid because most Korean patients tend desire having a double eyelid, which you appear to have naturally.

For your nose, there is a hump on and we suggest reducing it by shaving down the bridge and placing a thin layer of a silicon implant. For the tip, we will use septal cartilage to refine it, and for your broad alar (nostrils), we will perform alar reduction.

It would be difficult to achieve more of asian look with just eyes and nose surgery, but we will do our best to satisfy your needs. However, it’s important to embrace the non-asian, natural and beautiful ethnic markers that you have already and enhancing those features. If you are open to suggestions, we also suggest zygoma reduction, chin osteotomy, and jaw reduction if you desire having a more asian aesthetic face shape, along with facial liposuction.

These are just suggestions and opinions for initial education purposes, but it would be best to have a face to face consultation with a plastic surgeon for actual diagnosis and treatment.
