My Seoul Secret User Reviews

My Seoul Secret invites patients and their loved ones, as well as Clinic staff members (response to reviews only), to leave ratings and commentary about their personal experiences with a particular Clinic. The opinions shared in User Reviews are expressly those of the user, and do not reflect the thoughts, beliefs, or opinions of My Seoul Secret.

How We Collect Our Data

My Seoul Secret User Reviews are collected through extensive surveying of Clinic patients and their loved ones; administrators and staff; referral networks; and other members of the treatment community familiar with the Clinic and its operations. We use a variety of channels to source comprehensive surveys on the experiences, quality, and quantity of care provided at medical centers. Channels include but are not limited to:

Social media ads (eg. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn);
Google and other paid search ads;
Links within our website or other treatment related websites;
Third-party audience survey providers;
Clinic-disseminated links via newsletters, email, social media, and other digital channels.

Please keep in mind that all User Reviews will be read by quality control specialists before publication, and that My Seoul Secret has the right to remove any responses considered to be abusive or manipulative of the reviews’ process, any personally identifiable information, or commentary considered slanderous or inflammatory, including but not limited to:

Expletives;

Prejudicial, racist, or otherwise offensive commentary;
Unsubstantiated accusations of dishonesty or wrongdoing against Clinic staff;
Unsubstantiated accusations of dishonesty or wrongdoing against other residents;
Unverified or inaccurate claims about Clinic operations;
Grandiose or otherwise inappropriate claims or statements.

How Treatment Professionals Can Engage With User Reviews

My Seoul Secret also allows facilities the opportunity to proactively manage their online reputation by responding directly to a User Review or flagging a User Review for additional review. We do not remove negative reviews upon request or for payment.

Clinic Responses

The Official Clinic Response form allows treatment centers to respond directly to a User Review that has been left on My Seoul Secret. These responses are subject to quality control before publication and My Seoul Secret reserves the right to remove or amend responses under the same rigorous guidelines set forth for User Reviews. Clinic Responses must be submitted using a verified Clinic-specific email address. All Clinic Responses will be published within two business days of submission.

Flagging Reviews

If a treatment center believes that any User Review may not meet the criteria for public posting, they may use the “Flag For Review” feature to alert a My Seoul Secret quality control specialist who will provide additional review to determine acceptability.

My Seoul Secret Editorial Reviews

For each treatment center listed on My Seoul Secret, there exists an independently written Editorial Review. This review is based on a deep pool of reliable data, thus serving as a credible and trustworthy editorial tool that can be used to support our tens of thousands of users in choosing the most appropriate treatment options for themselves or their loved ones.

How We Write Our Editorial Reviews

My Seoul Secret’s Editorial Reviews are independently curated evaluations of the treatment, services and amenities offered at individual medical facilities across the country. Each Editorial Review is written by a qualified professional who operates apart from our sales and marketing division. The Editorial Reviews are written based on a combination of the following sources:

The aforementioned My Seoul Secret User Reviews
Information obtained directly from a Clinic via an information request form or their website

A writer may supplement the above My Seoul Secret-certified sources with relevant news articles or other credible outside resources, including commentary that has been left by patients, staff or loved ones on other reputable reviews sites (such as Facebook, Yelp or Citehealth.com). In these instances a direct in-text citation will be provided.

Please note that all My Seoul Secret Editorial Reviews will never be influenced by our relationship with a particular treatment center, and no Clinic can ever pay for a review. No Editorial Review will be published until our team is satisfied that the data collected meets the highest possible standards of quality and authenticity at the time of publication. To further ensure accurate and up-to-date information we are regularly updating our Editorial Reviews and indicate them as such.

How Treatment Professionals Can Engage With Editorial Reviews

My Seoul Secret allows facilities the opportunity to proactively manage their reputation using the Official Clinic Feedback form, alerting a My Seoul Secret quality control specialist if an Editorial Review has missed something or unintentionally contains a factual error (our team is human too). As with User Reviews, all feedback received via this form must be submitted using a verified Clinic-specific email address and will be addressed within two business days.
