Surgery or Injections?

Hi! I thought I would start this topic for anyone who was wondering whether they should be looking into surgery or injections.

My specific problem is, I basically have Steve Buscemi eyes, though not as puffy. I know there’s a surgery that changes the fat around the lid to make it less puffy. My biggest problem is large, very dark undereye circles and lines under my eyes. This is the main thing aging my face right now. Is there an injection that can take care of this? Or is it a problem for surgery?

For under eye lines Thermage is a laser treatment available, it’s not surgery but I think the procedure might be a bit expensive because the equipment costs a lot.
