DEAR MEMBERS: HERE’S AN EXAMPLE QUESTION

I am an American male of East Indian descent and 31 years old. I would like to make my nose more straight (deviated septum) and I feel the shape of my nose curves down too much when viewing it from the side. Also the tissue between my nostrils seems to be hanging too much. I know these are just photos and a face-to-face consultation would be better, but what can you recommend and how much would it cost to enhance my nose. Also do Korean clinics have experience doing rhinoplasty on caucasian face types?
