Thank you for posting your question. Firstly it’s important to note that everyone has an asymmetrical face, and no one is an exception.

From the photos you uploaded, it appears that your philtrum (the vertical groove in the middle area between your nose and upper lip) is also deviated, so straighter nose is possible, but perfectly straight nose is not possible; as your facial symmetry is shifted to the right.

Our doctors can make your nose straighter, and bring the tip up to resolve the columellar show by using your own septal cartilage from your nose, and since you have a caucasian face type you may have ample septal cartilage to be harvested for the procedure.

Our facial contouring specialists perform rhinoplasty as well, and take facial harmony and balance into account when performing rhinoplasty. And rest assured that they are very experienced performing procedures on faces from a wide ranging of ethnicities, such as caucasian, middle eastern, South Asian and Latino.

For the hanging columella, we recommend having a tip plasty, which lift up hanging tissue, and this would require using your own ear cartilage and septal cartilage for support. To straighten the bridge of your nose, either a hump correction or deviation correction would be used, but it’s hard to tell from the photo, so a in person consultation is recommended. In terms of costs, a Tip Plasty is usually around 3,140,000 KRW ( to lift and give a curve on tip) and Hump Correction: is 780,000 KRW. For Deviation Correction (correcting the deviated bridge of your nose) the cost is 7,870,000 KRW (this includes tip plasty as well).

Please be advised that any consultation price given online is only rough one based on the description and pictures you have uploaded, and might change during the actual in-clinic consultation depending on any changes with the content of the surgery, actual diagnosis, your physical condition, etc…
